Security and privacy
These are the controls the system provides. Whether your company meets its legal obligations also depends on how it is set up and run, and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser.
Employees see their own data, managers their team, HR the company. Salary, NRIC/FIN and bank details need extra permission.
Sensitive fields and documents are encrypted. Important actions and views are written to a tamper-evident audit log.
Payroll, salary, audit and administration roles must confirm with an authenticator app.
Your work account must be linked to a company by an HR administrator. Contact HR and mention the email address you use to sign in.
Roles that can see salaries, run payroll or change permissions need a second step. Set up an authenticator app the first time you are asked.
You can see your own. Managers see whether a team member is away, not the type of leave. Payslips are visible to you only after payroll is finalised, and to authorised payroll staff.
Contact details and emergency contacts can be edited on your profile page. For anything else, ask HR.
